Her teachings are gentle yet strong, emphasizing self acceptance and intelligent alignment, compiled from the varied disciplines she has studied over the years, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Power Yoga and Kundalini.

Tracey has been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years. She is Yoga Alliance Certified to teach adults and Mini-Yoga Certified to teach children.
